Rider Registration 5pm – 7pm
Monteiths Brewery Bar, Centennial Ave, Alexandra
PROSPECTOR: All participants must attend – both team mates must check in (can check in Friday AM at late registration)
CLAIM: Optional attendance, registration will be available on race day (Sunday) from 6.30am-7.30am
Overall Race briefing and Prologue briefing will be online and sent to riders
Friday 7th March 2025
Day One: Prologue
Prologue location: Race HQ, Centennial Park, Rivers Street, Alexandra
10am – 12pm: Late Registrations available at Race HQ caravan
12pm – 1pm: Group B Prologue race start times
2pm – 3pm: Group A Prologue race start times
2pm onwards: Rider Chill Zone available at Monteiths Brewery Bar
6pm: Leaders Jersey casual presentation with images from the day, Monteiths Brewery Bar, Alexandra
7pm: Riders Dinner, Alexandra District Club. $45 pp, supporters welcome. Must be pre-booked prior to 29 Feb
Stage 1 briefing will be online and sent to riders
Saturday 8th March 2025
Day Two: Stage 1
Stage 1 Location: Fraser Domain, Earnscleugh
7.45am: Group A & Relay Race Start
7.50am: Group B Race Start
11.30am – 3pm: Stage 1 expected finish times
2pm onwards: Rider Chill Zone available at Monteiths Brewery Bar
6pm: Leaders Jersey casual presentation with images from the day, Monteiths Brewery Bar
Stage 2 briefing will be online and sent to riders
Sunday 9th March 2025
Day Three: Stage 2 + Matangi Claim Adventure Ride
Stage 2 + Matangi Claim Adventure Ride Location: Matangi Woolshed, Little Valley Rd, Alexandra
6.30am – 7.30am: Matangi Claim Rider Registration, Race HQ Caravan at Matangi Woolshed
7.45am: Group A Race Start
7.50am: Group B Race Start
8am: Matangi Claim Race Start
11am – 3pm: Stage 2 Finish expected finish times
Rider Chill Zone with food, coffee, cool drinks to be available at Matangi Woolshed
1pm onwards: Rolling Award Presentation onsite at Matangi Woolshed
